Team retreats · Four continents

Bring your team together, somewhere remarkable.

A great retreat does two things at once: your team remembers it, and it delivers the exact objective you designed it for. Two ingredients guarantee both — flawless logistics and the right host.

You bring the objective. We bring the logistics and the right host.

The shift

Distributed won. Together became the scarce resource.

Remote-first teams win on focus and hiring — and quietly starve on the things that only happen in a room: trust formed fast, strategy argued out loud, the culture your handbook can't transmit. The teams that keep winning treat deliberate in-person time as infrastructure, not perk.

The Postmark Method

A memorable retreat that hits the exact objective it was designed for.

Annual planning, a team you need to knit together, a specific problem to crack — a retreat only works if it delivers on why you ran it. Two things make that happen, and we guarantee both.

Ingredient I — Flawless logistics

A licensed ground operation handles every detail — venue, travel, permits, connectivity, contingencies. Your ops lead never becomes a travel agency, and nothing about the week is left to chance.

Ingredient II — The right host

We match the right host and facilitator to your objective and destination — the person who reads the room, runs the sessions, and makes the week land. That is what turns a nice trip into the best retreat your team has ever had.

Tell us the objective. We bring the logistics and the host — and help your team have its best retreat yet.

The signature

A mark that stays.

Like the postmark in our mark: proof you were really there — and something that keeps working after you leave. In every destination we design one community-benefit project with local partners, built to outlast the visit.

How it's chosen

With local partners, through our on-the-ground operation and a network across 70+ countries. Local need first — never a photo-op.

How it continues

Funded and structured to outlast the visit — equipment that stays, training that transfers, a local owner accountable for it.

How it's measured

A written impact report with agreed metrics, signed by the local partner — usable in your ESG reporting.

Proof & duty of care

Good things to ask

Questions.

Is it safe to take our team there?

Every retreat runs on a licensed ground operation with vetted accommodation and transport, in-country contacts, a 24/7 trip lead, and contingency and medical-evacuation planning. We also help your people team with insurance guidance. Where a destination doesn't clear that bar for your team, we don't propose it.

How much does it cost?

Typically $1,800–2,800 per person for 5–7 days (ex-flights) for the land package, plus a flat $5,000–15,000 design & facilitation fee. A 20-person, 6-day retreat with facilitation lands around $56,000. The optional community-impact project is usually funded from a separate CSR/ESG line.

Where can you actually run a retreat?

We've delivered across 20 countries on four continents and can operate in 30+. The destination is chosen with you, from a shortlist built around your team's origins, budget, visas and season.

We're fully remote — is this even for us?

Especially for you. With no office, the retreat is your team's only deliberate in-person moment — so it has to move the company, not just entertain. That's exactly what we design for.

What's the community-impact part — is it a volunteering afternoon?

No. We design one project per destination with local partners, scoped so the benefit continues after your team leaves — equipment that stays, training that transfers, a local owner accountable for it — and you get a written, measured impact report.
