- For most destinations we run, October to April is the sweet spot — it lines up with the cooler UAE season and with dry, temperate windows across East and Southern Africa, the Indian Ocean and Southeast Asia. We shortlist destinations by season so your dates and the place actually match.
- How much does a company retreat cost from Dubai?
- Typically AED 6,600–10,300 (about $1,800–2,800) per person for 5–7 days for the land package, ex-flights, plus a flat design & facilitation fee of roughly AED 18,000–55,000. A 20-person, 6-day retreat with facilitation lands around AED 205,000 ($56,000). Flights from DXB/AUH are usually the swing factor — which is why we shortlist by flight time.
